En las últimas horas se dio a conocer una terrible tragedia en la que al menos 20 niños murieron calcinados, mientras estudiaban en cabañas de paja improvisadas; el hecho ocurrió Niamey, capital de Níger.
De acuerdo a medios internacionales, fueron en total 21 cabañas que se incendiaron, al menos 20 niños quedaron atrapados en el fuego y murieron calcinados; aunque los bomberos y organismos de rescate llegaron al lugar de los hechos y lograron controlar las llamas, los pequeños no lograron salir con vida debido a las fuertes llamas.
El incendio ocurrió en la noche del pasado martes y por el momento se desconocen los motivos del incendio.
En redes sociales se viralizó esta tragedia y hasta la UNICEF se pronunció:
