Una sorpresa se llevó el cliente de Uber hace algunos días, al ver que su conductor que lo había recogido en el aeropuerto de Kempegowda, Bangalore, India, manejaba ebrio y somnoliento.
«Tuve que detener el automóvil a un lado de la carretera, y conduje todo el camino a casa», contó el cliente defraudado, Surya Oruganto, en su cuenta de Twitter.
Horas más tarde, el equipo de Uber India respondió al hombre indicándole que no tendría que haberse cargo del vehículo «por cuestiones de seguridad», según dijo en otro tuit, lo que generó diferentes reacciones en las redes sociales.
@Uber_India, the ride back from Bangalore airport was not quite what I expected. The driver was drunk and drowsy. I had to pull the car over to the side and I drove all the way home. Pic with the driver in the rider seat passed out.

Uber safety team promptly called back about 20 hours later. They said I shouldn't drive a cab because that's a safety issue. And that they'll educate the driver whatever that means and might terminate the driver if there's recurrence.#sorrynotsorry @UberINSupport @Uber_India
